Don't you love seeing someone on social media with their makeup looking so good and they just be slaying to the God's? And it's just like "damn I wish I could get my face done like that" or maybe "how did she get her face to look like that?" So when you see these people with these amazing beats you would want the same thing. You get in contact with the person and ask how much they charge and begin your journey to getting the similar beat because of course she knows what she's doing, duh.
You get the information and you head to get the beat of your life. When you get there you're so excited to meet this wonderful person with wonderful makeup skills. YES! So you're sitting here getting your makeup done and learning about this new found person that posses what you're looking for. She doesn't want to show you the progress and wants to wait till she's done so you can get the full surprise that you're looking for.
She finally finishes your face and you are so excited to see what she did because you are about to be this new found celebrity with this face. Then she turns you around and you finally get to see the the magic she performed, and it turns out that she poofed you into a clown instead of the glamorous queen that you were promised. And now you're thinking to yourself "Oh God, really, I look so damn stupid." And while you sit trying to figure out where you went wrong in your life, she says that it's going to be $80.

Now at this moment we have two or more kinds of people: the ones who pay and leave then complain later, the ones who say "oh hell no, I know you lyin," and others, but for now we'll just talk about these two because this has to be said.
So, FIRST off, if I'm paying my money to someone to perform a great clean cut service, that I'm looking for, and if I don't get it then you will NOT get my money. I work too hard to pay money and still look stupid. So with that being said, there is no way that I will leave looking stupid and then feeling stupid because I paid for this shit. No ma'am. Now of course not all of us think the same way. There are some people who will look into their reflection of disappointment and say "Oh it's fine, it's nice, I mean it's not good but it's not bad." They will pay their money and on the way home they will question their life because they're trying to see where they went wrong. "She said she was a MUA, she said she could do this look." But the one major thing that you skipped over is when she said " I only do makeup on myself." And of course not understanding what that meant you went anyway because "if she can do it on herself then she can do it on me too, it shouldn't be that hard."
Now sometimes there are people who can undoubtedly perform these services, but trust me it is not everybody, neither is it for everybody. If you see anywhere that it says or she says that she only does her own makeup, leave it alone. "Why do you say that?" Well I say that because one thing some people don't understand is that just because I can flawlessly do my face don't mean I can do yours. My face is mine, I practice on it all the time, I know my face, I know my colors, I know what looks good on me, I know what I can do on my face to make me pop, but it is something completely different when you go from your face to another. The application is different, the face is different, the colors are different, how you apply it is different, the angles are different, the face shape is different. There are just so many things to think about, but people who aren't aware of that won't know the difference. Doing other people's faces require practice and experience on different varieties of faces, colors, and looks.

Now going back to these types of people, the person who pays then complains, then the person who doesn't pay and complains there. Now, I have seen someone experience this type of foolishness, she seen someone online and just assumed that she could do her face because she did her own. When she got there she got her beat and looked crazy. It didn't look terrible but it wasn't what she asked for neither. She paid over $60 AFTER the fact and left. After she left she got home and looked at herself like "I cannot believe this shit." So she decides to write a message to this MUA expressing her disappointment and asked for a refund. Now why in the world should you get a refund? Why do you feel you are entitled to one? Because that look wasn't what you expected? Or because you simply didn't like it? The MUA told her no refunds and she was very upset.
In all honesty, I wouldn't refund your money either. "And why the hell not?" you might ask. Well it's simple, you ask for a service and it was provided, you were asked if you approved and you said "yea it's okay," then paid your money and left. I'm going to assume you like it because you paid and left instead of opening up and telling me what you really feel. You asked for a service and you received it. But now you go home and decide you don't like it and blast the MUA as well as her business and that's just wrong because you didn't feel that you received what you paid for. Well, that is YOUR problem ma'am because expressed after the fact.
So hopefully there is a lesson learned, that when choosing your MUA make sure you are asking a lot of questions, make sure that they ARE MUA's because some people aren't they just do their makeup, do a little research to see what they can do, make sure you are specific with the service you are looking for,and after you get your makeup done PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that you express how you honestly feel about the makeup to the person doing it so then they can either fix it or let them make an ass out of themselves. But please do not put yourself into that position where you look like "good God googla moogla" AND pay for it then leave in complain. Help yourself as well as the MUA.

Shameless plug 😂😂😂🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣😂❤️❤️❤️. But exactly help us help you and everyone else. ☺️☺️☺️
Soooo, this had me in tears!!! I laughed so hard! I love the analysis, the pictures, and I agree! As a business owner myself (shameless plug: brooksnotary.com), I would hate for a client to dislike my work, fail to tell me about it, and then blast me negatively on the web lol. The client needs to be sure to speak up if they are unhappy with the finished product...always. It helps the company get better, treat you better, and provide better products/services to everyone else. As a consumer, I always make it a point to speak up if I am not happy with what I received vs. what I bought lol.
